All parts are guaranteed against defects in material and Workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the Original consumer purchase.

Our obligation under this guarantee is limited to replacement of the defective part or, at our option, repayment of the purchase price, conditioned in either case upon the return of the part to us with an explanation of the circumstances and conditions under which failure occurred. We neither assume nor authorize any other person to assume for us any other liability. IN NO EVENT WILL SUNNY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, including claims for labor charges, transportation, or loss of revenue.
